About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy from us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, not when you receive the order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is free. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary slightly between screens. Sizing guidance is given as a guide, and measurements are approximate.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.
Discount codes
Discount codes are for one use per customer unless we say otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. We may withdraw a code at any time.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our returns policy sits alongside those rights and does not replace them.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.
Use of this site
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content, images or text without our permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
