Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Cost
Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. At very busy times of year, and during postal or courier disruption, delivery can take longer.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a further email with tracking details once it has been dispatched. Please check your junk folder if you cannot find them.
Late or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, contact us through our contact page with your order number and we will look into it. If an order is confirmed lost in transit we will resend it or refund you in full, as you prefer.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
